Exchange or refund is not allowed if an item has been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements. All products sold by hartmanns.ie come either with a security tag attached or in tamper-proof packaging. Please do not remove this packaging or the tag when trying on the products you have ordered, as we do not accept the return or exchange of items without them. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, we will refund the price paid for the goods, the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. For delivery of orders up to €100 we charge €10.00 in the Ireland & UK. Orders over €100 will include free postage.All orders will be shipped within 4 working days.
